解决：
因为直接下载有限速，所以显示的意思是超时了
我们需要用豆瓣源下载既可，超级快哦
pip install -i https://pypi.doubanio.com/simple/ --trusted-host pypi.doubanio.com pygame
注意把pygame改成自己需要安装的包的名字哦
