同事设计的板子烧录程序后程序跑不起来，一直会卡在void SystemClock_Config(void)函数下面代码出

STM32可能会有多种供电方式，CubeMx生成的代码默认参数可能无法启动STM32，要根据硬件工程是的设计选择合适的参数
