解决办法:
检查和关闭所有服务器的firewalld和selinux

setenforce 0
sed -i 's/^SELINUX=enforcing$/SELINUX=permissive/' /etc/selinux/config
systemctl disable firewalld --now`

本次是因为没有关闭防火墙
