The first step is to generate weights of vertices in the time series??

two operators: Induced ordered weighted averaging (IOWA) operator and visibility graph aggregation (VGA) operator

Then two different strategies, averaging strategy and gravity strategy, are applied to distribute the weights of nodes to the weights of edges, so that a weighted network is established.
