open regedit Commend,
find path “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\ORACLE\KEY_OraClient11g_home1”
find the key is “NLS_LANG”, change name is “AMERICAN_AMERICA.AL32UTF8”
