在开发中经常遇到ScrollView嵌套RecyclerView的页面，但是，会冲突！

滑动冲突。今天呢就告诉大家怎末解决。

                    android:layout_height="@dimen/view_height_96">

替换ScrollView为NestedScrollView！！！
