curl -fsSL https://get.docker.com | bash -s docker --mirror Aliyun

Cannot connect to the Docker daemon at unix:///var/run/docker.sock. Is the docker daemon running?

 

重启试试：

systemctl restart docker.service

 

然后就正常了，
