解决办法：
1 删除本机电脑用户目录下的.npmrc文件eg: 删除C:\Users\username.npmrc

2 删除 node.js文件

3 删除C:\Users\Lenovo\AppData\Roaming里的相关文件

切记得删干净 不然很容易报错
